1st Month Results
The results are in!
This past Saturday our first month's weigh-in. I lost almost 8 pounds.
I found this to be a little frustrating, as I set my goal at 10 pounds. Don't get me
wrong, I am happy it was a loss, but just not the amount I was hoping for.
It allowed me to reflect:
Am I making healthier food choices? Yes
Am I logging all the food I eat? No
Am I exercising daily? Sometimes
I start to see where I can improve in order to get better results, next month.
So, this was yes frustrating but yet it provided me motivation to do better next month.
